IR light off 7:40:30am; D in BSD w/stick 7:45:07; M in BSD 7:45:40; D works on front rail 7:48:30, M starts to help but D says no 7:48:34, M helps anyway (lol) 7:48:48; D places a small stick on the back rail 7:50:12 as M tries to rearrange sticks in the front; M flaps wings trying to move the stick 7:55:04 & 7:55:21 & 7:55:51 but doesn't have much luck, so D moves up to work on it 7:57:12; Mom's turn again 8:00:36, uses wing to catch her balance 8:01:39; team effort to wrangle the big stick 8:01:58; they get testy with each other a few times starting at 8:02:40-8:03:40; M using wing to catch herself again (she's standing on one part of the forked stick) 8:03:56; D moves one fork of the stick 8:04:25 & M works on the other (lol); M makes a great effort & moves stick a bit to the right 8:06:08 as D continues to work on the smaller fork; D tells her to let him handle it 8:07:28, but M can't resist helping; D moves stick further to the right 8:08:18; still wrangling the stick 8:14:34; D takes a break & digs in the nest 8:15:08; both start trying to tame the stick again 8:15:38; D finally gets the stick about where he wants it (back right side) 8:26:09; D to RB 8:39:33 & out 8:43:26; M doesn't like where D has the stick so she starts working on it again 8:44:19; D in FD w/stick 8:45:48; D out BSD 8:55:53; D in BSD w/fluff 9:00:20; D to RB 9:03:39; M & D vocal 9:06:19; D flies out (not sure what time as he was out of sight on the RB); M crop drops 9:12:11 & 9:12:14; M works on that wonky stick again 9:27:47; M squees as she sees D approaching 9:43:38, D in BSD w/stick 9:43:43; D turns to place his stick & M seems to be watching something intently 9:43:54; D works on that wonky stick on the back right 9:44:56; M out BSD 9:46:35; M flies behind nest 9:48:15 then in BSD w/stick 9:48:25; D to RB 9:58:41 & out 9:59:05; D flies behind nest 10:09:04 & in the BD w/fluff 10:09:07; D to RB 10:19:48 & out 10:23:43; M out FD 10:25:16; M in FD w/huge branch 10:39:55; M squees as she sees D coming 10:42:02, D in BSD w/fish 10:42:09; M gladly accepts the partial eaten fish 10:42:10 & starts eating 10:42:27, gulps down a big chunk of it 10:45:29; D moves a pinecone 11:01:49 & it rolls right back so he moves it again; D lays down briefly 11:02:07; D fluffs up bole then lays down 11:21:09; M preens 11:25:08; D gets up 11:36:28; changes position and lays back down 11:36:40; gets up 11:38:18 and digs in bole; D works on sticks at front rail 11:41:24; D to RB 11:56:33 & out 11:57:03; after keeping watch for a while M flies over LB and out 12:52:17. Empty nest all afternoon.
