And then there were two.
Another wet, rainy night & morning. Last night around 10pm B13 emerged (but was still in bottom half of shell), M didn't show many looks due to the rain but B13 still seemed to be in the "half shell" into the early morning hours; IR light off 7:28:01; M calls to D 7:41:22, D flies toward the nest 7:41:38 and in BSD 7:41:41, both chatter, M doesn't get up but stays on the eaglets as it is still raining, D hops to LB 7:42:35 & flies out 7:43:20; M stands up 7:57:40 flaps wings 7:57:43, (verified on Cam 2 that B13 is out of shell, seen on Cam 1 at 7:58:05), M feeds B12 some nestover squirrel 7:58:42 (B13 is not ready to eat yet); feeding is finished & M is snuggled down by 8:03:43; M repositions 8:08:08 & checks the babies, she licks the half shell 8:08:23 & snuggles down 8:08:44; M moves the half shell out of the way 8:09:48 & wiggles down 8:10:00; M up 8:13:44 & the air is filled with the sound of sweet baby chirps; M checks the bobbleheads & slowly changes positions 8:14:34, she tucks the B’s in & snuggles down 8:15:06; M up 9:17:30, rouses; M backs away from bole, stands up tall & flaps her wings to shed rain 9:18:16 then yawns & rouses 9:18:22; M moves to front rail 9:18:40, flaps her wings & calls to D 9:18:53, vocals get louder 9:19:00 (I think she wants a break while the rain has subsided, lol); M slowly goes back to bole 9:19:56 & checks the babies, tucks them in & snuggles down 9:20:43; rouses 9:42:10; M yawns 10:16:34; M up 10:16:40, she flaps as she moves away from bole 10:16:55; M grabs leftover something-or-another 10:17:28 & feeds B12; S/C #1 D in BSD w/fluff 10:21:43, he sees B13 and says, “What’s this? Another one?” D walks over to meet & greet his newest bobblehead 10:22:40 & M flies out BSD 10:22:50; D does his best to tuck B12 in then snuggles down 10:23:33; D up to check the babies & reposition 10:38:32; D up for parental duty 11:01:34, 11:06:37 & 11:07:42; S/C #2 D gets up 12:15:25, one B PS’s 12:15:36, M lands on LB 12:15:37 & D flies out BD 12:15:48; M hops to nest/pantry 12:16:21 & bites a piece off of leftovers & offers it to B12 12:16:46, feeding finished & M snuggles down 12:20:46; M up for parental duty 12:25:08, 12:40:26 & 12:44:35; D lands on LB 1:43:48; M up 1:44:34, uses her wing for support as she backs away from bole 1:44:44, she tugs at leftover 1:45:15 & feeds B12 1:45:42; S/C #3 D comes into view & hops to nest 1:47:18; D checks the babies as M continues to feed B12 1:47:36; D moves in to brood & M heads for the BD 1:48:33 & out 1:48:36; D snuggles down on the babies 1:48:50; S/C #4 D calls out loudly 2:28:48 & M flies in FD w/fish in beak 2:28:54; D gets up 2:29:10; M tears into the fish & D hops to RB 2:29:54; M begins to feed B12 2:30:07 & D flies out 2:30:18; M tries to give B13 a bite of fish but couldn’t tell if he got it or dropped it 2:33:57 because he fell over (lol); feeding finished & M tucks the babies in 2:35:28, she snuggles down 2:35:54; M up to reposition 2:37:19, she snuggles down 2:38:27; M squees 3:05:05 as D comes in FD w/fish (not to be outdone, D’s fish is bigger than M's) 3:05:08; M chirps her thanks & D flies out BSD 3:06:21; raining again by 3:47:00 & M is hunkered down ; M gets up 4:30:24 & shakily makes her way to the pantry 4:30:53 & eats some fish & leftovers, she rouses to shed rain 4:33:35, then it’s feeding time for B12 again 4:36:14; M snuggles down & spreads some fluff 4:39:14; M repositions 4:39:46; wiggle wiggle 4:45:56;  D startles M a bit & she squees as he comes in FD w/headless fish 4:46:47; D would like to relieve M, but she’s not having it; he walks around her 4:47:53 then tries to persuade her to get up 4:48:43, but it’s still a no-go; D hops to RB 4:49:01; M raises up 4:49:14, D flies out 4:49:17 & the babies are chirping away & peeking out from beneath M 4:49:28; After repositioning and checking babies, M wiggles and cuddles onto babies 4:51:15; M does a quick baby check 5:21:15; M starts squeeing after watching D approach 5:22:57; S/C #5 D in FD w/fish 5:23:07; D walks to right side of nest next to M 5:25:02; M gets up 5:25:36; M out BSD 5:25:56; D checks on his babies 5:26:14; and snuggles down 5:26:52; S/C #6 M in FD w/fluff 5:42:08; D doesn't want to get up yet so M begins to eat a fish 5:43:11; D gets up 5:43:34; M starts feeding babies 5:44:27; D turns and hops onto RB 5:44:35; and out 5:44:46; Feeding over M prepares to tuck in babies 5:50:17; Wiggle wiggle 5:50:49; Position change 5:52:18; IR light comes on 6:43:44pm during a baby check.
