(Cam clock not adjusted to DST): IR light off 6:27:44; beautiful fly-in’s by both M & D; M in BSD 6:32:06, D in BSD 6:32:18; both peck around in the fluff; M up & over LB & out 6:34:29; D rouses 6:37:17; D finds a food scrap in the pantry & eats it 6:37:41; D to LB 6:38:47 & out 6:38:54; M in FD 8:39:26, she aerates then sits & enjoys the first day of Spring; D lands on LB 10:08:54; M aerates 10:09:07; D to nest 10:11:39; both nestorize; D lays down 10:29:24; Cam 1 reset 10:47:15am; D gets up 10:47:34 & tweaks pine cone bough; feisty beaking 10:50:15; D lays back down in his beloved bole 10:52:55; M spreads her wings causing D to get up 11:07:17, D preens; D aerates the bole 11:09:30 then lays down 11:18:28; M moves & D beaks her 11:16:55 & she backs up to the rail; D gets up 12:01:48; D aerates the bole 12:06:21; D rouses 12:28:31 then hops to LB 12:28:39 & out 12:29:40; M watches D leave then takes off herself out the BSD 12:29:52; M in FD 1:38:04; preens 1:42:41; D in FD w/twiggy branch 1:50:35, he places a broke off piece on front rail the both M & D tweak the branch; D places the branch on back rail 1:51:07 then digs in the bole; feisty beaking 1:58:00; D to LB 2:00:26 & out 2:00:37; M preens 2:27:07; M to LB 3:22:53 & out 3:22:56; D in FD w/stick 3:28:07, he places it on the front rail 3:28:29, but changes his mind & moves it to the right rail 3:28:40 & moves a couple others while he’s there; D to LB 3:50:56 & out 3:51:10; D in BSD w/fluff 5:43:56, M in BD 5:44:02; M messes w/a stick on the left rail trying to move it 5:44:40, D tries then M tries again 5:45:44 & D gets his beak in to help & beaks M instead 5:45:59; they both try on & off to move the stick, finally giving up 5:52:54; D steps up on right rail 5:56:13, hops to RB 5:56:31 & out 5:56:44; D in BSD w/stick 5:59:39, he totes it around & tweaks it then sits w/Mom; D to LB 6:09:10 & out 6:09:23; D in BSD with both talons full of something-or-another (Clumps of wet straw? Black dirt? Mangled road kill?) 7:00:25; doesn’t look like M can figure out what it is either, lol; they both do a little nestorizing; M to LB 7:08:41 & out 7:09:12; D waits around for a minute or so watching to see if M comes back, but she doesn’t so he flies out the BSD 7:11:09; IR light on 7:17:17pm.
